If I going into My Duties and then swap do I find a duty I can do and ask if the person wants to swap?

Yes, just click swap and then pick the duties you could do so you can pick quite agree only the first person to respond will actually swap. The system will sort out all the emails for you and do the swap if anybody agrees. Best to swap with duties that match your own e.g bar, galley, rescue etc.
